Rye Congregational Church (RCC), a growing Christ centered community of about 120 members, is seeking a Youth Pastor.  Located in the heart of the coastal town of Rye, New Hampshire, RCC is an independent, nondenominational church with roots dating back to 1726.  

Our ideal candidate would have three or more years of experience ministering to youth and their families, deep knowledge of the Bible and a shepherding spirit.  Responsibilities include organizing and leading youth programs, discipling and mentoring, teaching, engaging the families and creating a supportive community for spiritual growth.  They will work to integrate the youth activities into the broader church programs, affirming our youth as vital members of our community with unique gifts to offer.  The Youth Pastor reports to our Senior Pastor and works closely with Christian Education and other church leaders.
