Summary:
The administrative assistant helps the admin department in the day-to-day business of running the ministry. This position processes emails, answers calls, maintains supplies, and other duties as assigned. They also assist the other department leaders and staff with administrative activities. This essential position requires high initiative, an advanced understanding of general software operation, and superior integrity.

Responsibilities:
I. Maintain Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of all staff and student information.
II. Administrative duties
- Assist the admin department with the day-to-day business of running the ministry.
- Answer phones, handle general ministry e-mails, and process daily mail/email forwarding each to the appropriate person or department.
- Receiving and processing all deliveries.
- Driving to the Post Office daily.
- Maintain office supplies and prepare orders as necessary.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Implement and maintain office systems.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Liaison with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Operate office equipment.
- Manage office space.
- Produce correspondence and documents.
- CRM and ERM tasks.
- Seeks for opportunities to be an asset to management staff.
III. This position will be called upon to serve in areas not necessarily outlined in the formal job description.

Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED equivalent. (BA/BS Preferred).
- Mature and Godly Character.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred).
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required).
Salary:
- $13 – $15 per hour based on experience and education.
