Living Faith Bible Church (livingfaithnj.com) is seeking an Associate Pastor who will help us to continue to grow.
The Church
Living Faith Bible Church at the beautiful Jersey Shore in Brick (Ocean County) NJ is experiencing a time of revitalization. We have successfully transitioned through a church name change, sanctuary redesign, technology deployments and growing discipleship programming. We have a strong financial base with a unified vision and people. We are looking for an Associate Pastor who will help us continue to grow.
The Job Overview & Focus: Work as an Associate Pastor, in close collaboration with the Lead Pastor, Deacon Board and ministry leaders to provide leadership with special focus on community outreach, especially to the NextGen and families.
- Plan, develop, promote, and oversee community outreach and NextGen and family ministries.
- Work in conjunction with the Lead Pastor to meet the overall spiritual needs of the whole congregation, including leading discipleship groups and studies and preach on a periodic basis.
The Qualifications:
The candidate must wholeheartedly agree with Living Faith Bible Church’s Statement of Faith, Core Values and Discipleship Strategy. The candidate must meet the Biblical qualifications of Elder (1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9) and will be expected to actively participate in worship services and ministries to build relationships with church members, especially our NextGen. We are looking for someone with an evangelistic (& entrepreneurial) passion and skills to develop new ministries and others to serve. We prefer a person with a ministry-related bachelor’s or master’s degree, and previous experience with NextGen and community outreach.
The Compensation
Total Package: $60,000.
