VPC is seeking an Associate Pastor for Outreach who will help us capitalize on our current momentum and bring energy and new ideas for strengthening our relational life within the church and extending Gospel-centered outreach to the surrounding community. The AP will lead, mentor and equip Directors of four VPC Ministries: Preschool, Children’s, Middle/High school and Missions to:

• Continue to create a caring and active youth (birth-18) ministry that will empower our youth to build life-long relationships with Jesus and share their faith.
• Provide leadership to expand our vibrant Missions ministry, especially to our surrounding community by developing relationships with community partners.
