Job Description:

Shelter Rock Church (est. 1943) is a multi-ethnic, multi-generational, multi-campus church on the North Shore of Long Island.

Our mission is to lead people into a transforming relationship with Jesus. Our vision is to reach NYC and Long Island with the gospel and join God in the renewal of all things.

We are currently seeking a FT Campus Youth Pastor in our Long Island campus, who can provide pastoral leadership and guidance to middle school and high school students and families, and serve as a key member of our pastoral team.

Candidates must have a strong Biblical and theological foundation and a growing personal relationship with Jesus; great interpersonal, relational and communication skills; a sincere love for students and a calling to reach the next generation and help them grow in Christ; must have high EQ and cross-cultural competency.

Due to cultural dynamics, our ideal candidate will live or have lived in the NYC-Metro area.
