Job Description
- Minister to Cantonese Congregation.
- Co-labor in serving as a member of pastor-elder team in oversight of Cantonese Congregation and to the greater Chinese Bible Church (CBC) body.
- Oversee the Cantonese worship.
- Preach in Cantonese service.
- Administer church ordinances (i.e. baptism and communion).
- Assist in teaching Cantonese Sunday School.
- Train, develop and mentor coworkers.
- Engage in discipling individual believers.
- Engage in shepherding & caring (counseling, visitation etc.)
- Engage in personal evangelism.
- Serve on Elder Board, Executive Board and committees as needed.
- Serve as overseer for Cantonese speaking fellowship group(s) as needed.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Represent CBC in the community serving in liaison team.
