Other Details

This is a direct care position providing case management services to homeless men who are experiencing substance use or mental health issues. The position requires knowledge of treatment planning. (training provided as needed) It is primarily working with individuals although some contact with family is often available. This position requires some evening hours. There is flexibility in scheduling. This position is a part time position that can range from 15 to 35 hours per week. Services are provided in a faith based environment.
