CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the CCO.

In partnership with Hillcrest Baptist Church, this position reaches out to serve students at Columbus College of Art & Design and Columbus State Community College.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
2. Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.
3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.

In this position, you will work primarily with students at Columbus College of Art & Design, which is one of the nation’s best design schools. These students are driven and creative. The CCO has been established on CCAD’s campus for five years, even winning awards for its impact as a student organization.

At Hillcrest Baptist you will work within student ministries in continuing to build both the youth ministry as well as the young adult ministry. While being the only CCO staff reaching both campuses, you will join other CCO staff in Columbus serving students at different schools.

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.
