CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the CCO.
In partnership with Hope Church Memphis, this position reaches out to serve students at Southwest Tennessee Community College and The University of Memphis.
CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:
- Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
- Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.
- Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.
The mission of Hope Church is “to engage our unchurched neighbors of every age and ethnicity to experience Jesus.” CCO and Hope Church have partnered in the shared mission to specifically engage a diversity of college students to experience Jesus for 5 years.
We are looking to add an additional CCO campus ministry staff person to an already thriving team reaching out to students at both Southwest Tennessee Community College and The University of Memphis. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who loves college students, intentionally builds relationships with a diversity of students, inviting them to know and follow Jesus and develops student leaders who use their gifts to serve in the church and the world.

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.
