CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the CCO.

In partnership with Incarnation Church this position reaches out to serve students at Penn State University, University Park.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
2. Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.
3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.

Continue the ministry of the CCO at this Anglican church plant that meets in an on-campus chapel. As a staff member of Incarnation Church, you would be aiding in the developing stages of the church. You would help facilitate the worship service and invest in students to build a leadership team.

Penn State is a large, high-profile university boasting 46,000 undergraduate students. You would join one other CCO staff on campus who is working with student athletes. There is a strong need to reach the non-Christian students and draw them into the life of the church.

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.
