3. Co-labor in serving as a member of pastor-elder team in oversight of Cantonese Congregation and to the greater Chinese Bible Church (CBC) body
4. Oversee the Cantonese worship
5. Preach in Cantonese service
6. Administer church ordinances (i.e. baptism and communion)
7. Assist in teaching Cantonese Sunday School
8. Train, develop and mentor coworkers
9. Engage in discipling individual believers
10. Engage in shepherding & caring (counseling, visitation etc.)
11. Engage in personal evangelism
12. Serve on Elder Board, Executive Board and committees as needed
13. Serve as overseer for Cantonese speaking fellowship group(s) as needed
14. Perform administrative duties as needed
15. Represent CBC in the community serving in liaison team
