Primary Function主要职责：

Our vision is to win the youths of this generation. After young Christians settings down with jobs in this area and get married. Our mission is to nurture these young families with Biblical teaching and values.

The primary role of this position is to direct, coordinate, oversee, and continue to develop and to promote family and outreach ministries of Irvine Canaan Christian Community.

Duties and responsibilities 工作职责和要求：

• Coordinate, oversee, and develop family ministries, including teaching Sunday School class, small-group ministries, organize special events to promote such ministry.

• Discipleship: to conduct one-on-one discipleship programs, to train up more Christian leaders to serve and to follow Christ.

• Evangelism, to conduct outreach activities to promote Christian family values.
