To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide project management and operational support to the assigned supervisor within InterVarsity’s Ministry Partnership Development Department. This position will provide organizational support, project and process leadership, and communication with multiple leaders across our movement to support our new staff support-raising process.
This job will involve creation of effective systems, financial management and data analysis as well as relationship-building with key stakeholders. We need someone who has both strong relational and communication skills with effective, timely execution.
We have a robust, year-round program to provide fundraising training and coaching for about 80-100 new staff each year. We need someone who is ready to provide both the organization and systems to keep our program running effectively, as well as the relational skills to welcome them with kindness. This person would work on our team of national coaches and interact with regional coaches who join us for the summer. In addition, this position would organize and provide event planning for our week-long intensives, which happen four times a year (once in person, three times virtually).
