Church of Living Grace of New Jersey (CLGNJ) in Parsippany, New Jersey, has an opening for a Director of Evangelism, Outreach & Mission Ministries.  The Church of Living Grace is a Bible-based, family-oriented church with two vibrant Congregations; English and Cantonese, serving together as one body.  We’re looking for a passionate leader to help us to encourage, equip, engage, and empower our church to reach neighbors and nations with Christ’s love.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Senior Pastor, and in partnership with other staff, committees, and members of the congregation, the Director of Evangelism, Outreach & Mission will:

• Inspire and train members to share the Gospel.
• Lead local outreach events and service projects.
• Organize mission trips and build global partnerships.
• Foster unity through shared service across both congregations.

Qualifications

• A spiritually mature Christian with a clear calling to outreach and missions.
• A relational leader with a heart for evangelism and cross-cultural ministry.
• Experience in outreach, missions mobilization, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual fluency (English/Cantonese); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor\’s degree in Ministry, Communication or related field.
