Key Responsibilities
Serve as a catalyst for spiritual growth, by example and by articulating faith both in ministry gatherings and through everyday conversations with children, youth, and their families.
Develop and oversee children’s and youth ministry programming and special events
Ensure the logistical details of the children’s and youth ministry are handled in a professional and timely manner
Create systems to maintain and regularly update church databases, event calendars, and both internal and external communication

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Scripture and Christian doctrine.
• A mature prayer life.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in youth or children’s ministry, with a track record of growing disciples.
• Creativity, initiative, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to share with others their personal relationship with Jesus.
• Adherence to All Saints’ traditional Christian teaching regarding marriage and sexuality.
