As the Executive Pastor, this person will oversee staff and the administrative leadership of the church, lead Men’s Ministry, and lead the Group Ministry. This person will care deeply about leading the church well and facilitating the discipleship of White Rock Fellowship.

We would prefer a candidate who…

• Has experience serving on a church staff in Childrens and adult discipleship.
• Has experience managing the finances and administration of a church.

Our church was planted 10 years ago and is full of primarily young families. White Rock has roughly 400 attendees on a Sunday morning which includes a very high percentage of kids and youth. Our church website is www.whiterock.org for those who want more information about beliefs, values, etc.
