Seeking a Servant-Leader Pastor who will be accountable to serve alongside the Session to lead Siler in overseeing the stated Mission of the church. The Pastor will have a firm grasp of the purpose and values of Siler and the ability to align the church staff and key lay leadership teams with its Mission.

Siler’s Lead Pastor must have a genuine love of the Lord, an honest walk with Christ, and a commitment to God\’s Word and to the Reformed faith.

Primary responsibilities will be Preaching & Teaching, Pastoral Care/Shepherding, Leadership and Leadership Development,  and Leading Worship.
