Other Details

• Commit to the evangelical faith and practice of the Southwest Chinese Baptist Church.
• Holder of a seminary Master degree or equivalent. (Also consider candidate with a Bachelor degree).
• Two to three years of working or ministry experience with children and youth.
• Ability to minister to the children and the junior high youth.
• Passion to work with the church leadership to reach out to the parents.
• Willing to serve as a team with the pastoral staff, the children and the youth ministry team.
• Fluent in English, and Chinese is a plus.

Annual compensation is subject to experience and qualification.
