Westbury Baptist Church is a multigenerational, multiethnic family of believers in the heart of Houston—one of the most diverse cities in America. For 62 years, our church has been marked by genuine fellowship, community-driven ministry, and deep commitment to the gospel. As we step into a new season of growth, we are seeking a NextGen Minister who will help lead the next generation into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We’re looking for a visionary, relational leader with a missional heartbeat—someone who loves reaching students and families, developing leaders, and creating environments where children, youth, and young adults can encounter the gospel, grow as disciples, and find authentic community.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and empower staff and volunteers across children’s and student ministries.
• Develop and implement strategic ministry plans for spiritual formation.
• Partner with the Senior Pastor to create a vibrant, transformative NextGen culture.
• Equip parents as the primary disciple-makers in their homes.
• Help our church engage the richly diverse community that surrounds us
