The Director’s Role:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic professional to join our WPC staff team
as the NextGen Ministry Director. The primary concerns of this position are: maintain, support, grow
and enhance our ministry to children, including infants, pre-school, elementary, middle school, and high
school students. The person who fills this role will report to the Pastor. The schedule includes being
present for Sunday morning programs, evening programs, and office hours.

Meet WPC:
WPC is a church rooted in history under Presbyterian Reformed Theology. In 1742 the general assembly
of the province approved a new parish in Windham. In 1753 the first church was built on Copp’s Hill,
now Cemetery on the Hill. A meeting house, what is now the town hall, was built in 1798, to bring the
church nearer the center of town. When contention arose between the town and the church over the
use of the building, the Presbyterians, in 1834, decided to build a new church near the geographic
center of the town. It was dedicated on January 14, 1835 and is the same building we worship in today.
We welcome everyone, no matter what your faith background is or where you are on your spiritual
journey. Our vision is simple: Growing in faith, showing God’s grace.
Our church body has a heart and vision for missions and reaching and serving people in the growing
southeastern region of New Hampshire. We have people coming together for Sunday services and
midweek programs, and worship services are a blended mix of traditional and contemporary styles.
