East Shore Christian Fellowship eastshorecf.com is seeking the man who God is calling to be our next pastor.

The Church

We are a non-denominational, Evangelical church in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. Lansing is located on the southeastern shores of Cayuga Lake. East Shore Christian Fellowship was founded as Grace Baptist Church in 1961. We updated our facilities in 2018 to be ADA compliant. We currently have about 30-40 attendees each week. Our service centers around the faithful teaching of God’s word, scripture, and praising God through song. We are blessed with a wonderful worship team which leads with a blend of great hymns of the faith and contemporary songs. We are a friendly, generous group of believers who come together throughout the week to grow in our faith, our love for God and his people. In addition to our Sunday morning services we have adult Bible studies during the week as well as a youth group that meets on Sunday evening. Our Statement of Faith is on our Website.

The Candidate

The Pastor at East Shore Christian Fellowship has the central place of leadership in the spiritual affairs of the church. He is on the board of Elders and an ex-officio member of all other boards and committees. The Pastor’s duties include but are not limited to: faithfully preaching the whole counsel of God, provide leadership in discipleship and evangelism, visitation, Biblical counseling, and spiritual supervision of those involved in ministry.

The Qualifications

Fulfill the scriptural qualifications of a leader found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Baccalaureate degree from an Accredited Institution and Master of Divinity or equivalent preferred.

The Compensation

Full package – $77,480 to be allocated as the pastor chooses.
