Fitchville Baptist Church an independent Baptist Church located in Southeastern CT. in the small quaint town Bozrah, CT. and is looking for a full-time Pastor.

Job Description:

Spiritual qualifications for the Pastor are described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

Primary responsibilities of the Pastor shall be:

• To oversee his flock, Acts 20:28.
• To equip the congregation for the work of the ministry, Ephesians 4:11-12.
• To provide oversight to the congregation, 1 Peter 5:1-3.
• The Pastor shall fulfill his responsibilities though preaching, teaching, praying, visiting, counseling and disciplining.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry field.
• A Master of Divinity or equivalent preferred.

Accommodations:

Parsonage adjacent to the church is available for the Pastor and family to reside.
