Twin Tiers Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) is seeking a full-time pastor who will share in our Mission and Vision and guide us to achieve them.

Qualifications:

• A committed follower of Christ in full agreement with the TTEPC beliefs, mission, vision, and ministry philosophy.
• Possesses an M. Div. and is EPC ordained or ordainable.
• Possesses a depth of knowledge of Scripture based on an understanding that the Bible is fully inspired by God and the ability to share that knowledge with us to foster spiritual growth.
• Possesses an active prayer life and can help us in this discipline.
• Strong Worship Leadership Skills.
• Ability to delegate.
• Ability to develop and work with teams.
• Seeks to reach out to the Community and beyond with the good news of Christ.
• Possesses a servant’s heart.
• Highly organized and clear problem-solving skills with excellent written/oral communication skills.

Job Description:

TTEPC is searching for a Pastor who will further the growth and development of this church. They will lead, enhance & champion the organizational health & expansion of TTEPC toward our Vision.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding us in our mission of service.
• Working with community pastoral organizations for prayer, mission and evangelizing opportunities.
• Guiding us to reach those who are in need of Christ and prayer.
• Growing a multi-generational congregation.
• Planning and leading public worship.
• Coordinating and guiding adult Bible study.
• Shepherding members and attendees.
• Moderating session.
• Visiting sick and shut-in members.
