Now Hiring: Pastor – Rural Church Charge
We are two-congregation charge in Shermans Dale, PA seeking a Spirit-led Pastor to guide our church families with biblical teaching, compassionate care, and a heart for rural ministry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preaching the Word of God, nurturing children’s and youth ministries, and helping our churches grow in faith and number. Key Responsiblities:
- Preach Bible-centered sermons weekly.
- Lead ordinances and special services.
- Provide pastoral care and counseling.
- Develop children’s and youth ministries.
- Encourage spiritual growth and discipleship.
- Promote outreach and increase church membership.
- Collaborate with church leadership and oversee operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in theology, biblical studies, or a related field; commensurate work experience considered.
- Strong biblical foundation and communication skills.
- Experience in rural or small-church ministry preferred.
- Heart for children, families, and community engagement.
