Topsham, Vermont is a cute, quaint town filled with an influx of young people who are taking on entrepreneurial pursuits in a very creative climate. Roll out of bed and walk to church in 3 minutes with no traffic. Our quiet village is home to our 200-year-old historically restored church and its thriving mid-size congregation. Our history includes a pivotal role in the abolitionist movement when nationally known activists spoke in our church right here in Topsham.

Our church is in need of a spiritual leader to guide us in a closer walk with God. Our Church members continue to carry the workload of our church programs of worship leader, professional music director, Sunday School teachers, coffee hour hosts, event planners, weekly Bible studies, and visitations but we need help guiding our broader church body. Temporary or long term, we are offering a 1/4 time position for a bi-vocational Pastor.

Vermont continues to hold a reputation as a wonderful place to live, and we are fortunate to be located near great resources for schools, cultural events, and medical care. We have been blessed with a generous offer from one of our elders to rent one of his second homes in Topsham, a beautiful historic cape with a big fireplace for a very economical rent. Our bi-vocational offer alone should cover the rental costs and utilities for the low rent housing we are offering.
