Three Village Church (3VC) is a non-denominational church on the North Shore of Long Island, NY. We come from diverse backgrounds, but we are united by a mutual love for Jesus. We have a vision to make disciples in the communities where we work and live, who will make disciples locally and internationally.

Our Pastor of Discipleship will be responsible for implementing this discipleship vision, and as such, will create a cradle-to-grave strategy for discipleship. In addition to spearheading our discipleship ministries, this pastor will give pastoral care and leadership, alongside our Lead Pastor, and will potentially have opportunities to preach.
