Who We Are:

We are an energetic congregation with a passion for evangelism and sound Biblical teaching. Lebanon has 65 members from two years old to 90+ and 35-40 regularly attend Sunday worship. Although small in number, most of our congregants are actively involved in the life of the church.  After our most recent pastor retired in December of 2021, we went through a productive transitional period and developed a new Mission and Vision. Each Sunday we meet for Worship and have Sunday School for all ages. Various Growth Groups meet during the week. We also enjoy fellowship meals once a month after Worship.  A high number of our members share their musical gifts on the Worship Team.  We have a heart for Missions and are involved with several foreign and local ministries.  Lebanon has a strong culture of prayer and is blessed with mature believers where discipleship is desired.  We have been around a while but are not stuck in our ways and are eager to go where God is moving.  We look forward to embracing the man God is calling to be our pastor.

• Diligently oversees the primary functional areas of church operations including giving staff members adequate direction.
• Communicates clearly and frequently to the congregation.
• Is a servant leader, committed to the pastor/elder/staff/volunteer model to further our mission, inspiring the church to effective action.

Professional Qualifications

Ordained or able to be ordained as a Teaching Elder in the EPC.
