The DBC Senior Pastor is the leader of our multicultural and multi-generational Church body. Our Senior Pastor will develop the staff and congregation into fulfilling God’s design and desire for each person. He must be able to effectively communicate to the congregation and reach the loss of our community by lovingly sharing God’s truth. Our Senior Pastor will meet all Biblical pastoral requirements of godliness and holiness and adhere, at minimum, to the DBC Truths We Believe.
