ACF has spent 40+ years on mission for Christ in this community. It is our purpose to bring the good news of Jesus to our city and to develop disciples who create environments where God’s story intersects another’s journey. Locally we are known for our vibrant worship, community outreach and service. We are part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA), a Christ-centered global movement and denomination.

Rutland, Vermont’s third-largest city, is located in the southwestern portion of the state snuggled in the beautiful Green Mountains. With a population of about 20,000, Rutland has a vibrant, walkable downtown with plenty of shops, restaurants and activities that serves as the hub for surrounding villages and towns. It’s a great place for families to work, live and play as the area is rich with recreational activities, the arts, community events and excellent schools.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology or Ministry. Five-plus years’ experience in pastoral ministry is preferred. Candidates already licensed or ordained with the C&MA are preferred; but all candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA.
