The Big Picture

Centerpoint Church (centerpointchurch.church) (1500) is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor who has a heart for the Lord and His church.

The Church

Centerpoint Church has over 1,500 weekly attenders both in person and online. We are located in an area called the Inland Empire with a population of almost two million people. We have a multi-ethnic/multi-generation congregation with steady growth under the leadership of Pastor Dane Aaker who has faithfully served for 38 years and is now planning on retirement.

The Candidate

The Senior Pastor is the primary leader of Centerpoint Church and works to ensure the mission, vision, and core values of the church are accomplished. This Pastoral position is responsible for providing spiritual guidance, care, and instruction to the congregation, unbelievers, and the community. The Senior Pastor arranges all regular services and is responsible for the spiritual welfare of the church providing leadership in all areas of church life and function.

The Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Pastor who has completed seminary or the equivalent, has served as a pastor in a church and is willing to serve in an urban area. They must have a heart for God and His people, a biblical conservative theology, and a desire and the ability to reach the community with the gospel.
