Thank you for opening this link to see where God may be leading you.

About us:

HOPE Presbyterian Church of Raleigh joined the EPC in January of 2009.  We believe the Bible is God’s inspired and infallible Word and that it contains eternal truth that speaks with authority to our life, doctrine and mission.  (2 Timothy 3:16)   We are a friendly and welcoming family of believers.  We have struggled over the years with the lack of growth and an aging congregation.   Our devoted and much-loved pastor, who is retiring at the end of June 2024, has been with our church since our inception.  This is the first time we have needed to search for a new pastor.  We begin this search understanding the importance this decision will have in the next chapter of the life of our church.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for the person that God has already chosen to be our next Pastor.  We are a faithful group of believers who rely heavily on the Spirit of God to lead and direct us. Isaiah 48:17 This is what the LORD says—your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.”   We believe God’s timing is perfect in all things, in all ways and at all times.  We trust that throughout the search process God will lead us to choose the person that He already knows will be our next pastor.

We are looking for our next pastor to have a deep personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We want someone who is dependent on prayer to guide him or her in all aspects of his or her life and work.
