Volunteer Management – 5 hours

• Volunteer coordination.
  • Manage Sunday morning volunteers and all that entails.
  • Track volunteers in CCB.
  • Place people on teams throughout the year.
  • Once a year, oversee reorganization of all Sunday morning teams.
• Contact work as possible.

Sunday morning responsibilities – 4 hours

• Have eyes out for new guests on Sunday and facilitate volunteer interaction with all attendees.
• Oversee Sunday morning set up of music hall (non-production) and volunteers.
• Lead volunteer prayer time weekly.
• Assist with coordination for offsite service.
• Plan, order, organize Easter and Christmas decorations and other Sunday needs.
• Monitor and stock Sunday supplies.

Meetings – 1 hour

• Weekly staff meeting (if possible…otherwise, weekly phone check in).
