The Big Picture
Emmanuel Fellowship (emmanuelfellowship.com) is seeking a full-time Worship Leader to provide oversight and direction for the music ministry of Emmanuel Fellowship including directing all aspects of worship and recruiting and developing volunteers.
Job Responsibilities and Duties

Worship Planning and Execution (60%)
- Direct all band practices necessary to facilitate worship services.
- Organize the stage, sound booth, music room.
- Lead worship on a regular basis.
- Build and organize worship teams.
- Train volunteers and any support staff.
- Execute the preparation and presentation of the following special church-wide events regarding worship, music or the arts:
- Christmas Eve
- Easter
- Men and Women’s Ministry events
- Lead additional services (Sunday Night Prayer, quarterly leadership gathering, etc.)
- Direct all band practices necessary to facilitate worship services.

Worship Team Building and Administration (20%)
- Budget
- Manage Planning Center with regards to the worship portion of the service.
- Responsible for maintaining necessary licensing and reporting requirements with CCLI.
- Oversee the AV/Production leader and volunteers including sound and lighting.
- Provide pastoral care for worship team members.
- Study leading worship and pursue training opportunities.

Other duties based on personal gifting (20%)

Small group leader development, guest experience, and/or digital communications.

Qualifications and Job Skill Requirements
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ expressed with a teachable and humble spirit.
- Musically qualified to lead worship from guitar or keyboard.
- Skilled in vocal and instrumental direction.
- Relational skills as well as a musician.
- Have the ability to implement different styles of music during a worship set.
- Skilled in (or willing to learn) the use of sound, lighting, and video.
- Openness to incorporate other creative art forms.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- The ability to build a team and mentor upcoming worship leaders and new team members.
- Sensitivity to confidential material.
- Personal and family commitment to church services, small groups, and events.
Compensation
$50,000-$65,000
