Cornerstone Church in Cheshire CT is looking for a spirit filled Worship Pastor!  This is a FULL TIME Salaried position!

About us:
Cornerstone Church exists to reach people with the life-giving message of Jesus so they will Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make a Difference. We average 700+ attendees per week in an area where that is not the typical experience. God is on the move and we are looking for the worship leader God has for us to help propel us forward! If you love God, love people, and pursue excellence this might be the position for you.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be the main Worship Leader of all Cornerstone services.
• Lead and manage Cornerstone worship and all the structures and systems that entails.
• Work with the Audio Department and Audio employees at Cornerstone.
• Recruit and train potential worship team members.
• Plan and implement Cornerstone Worship projects and department goals.
• Fulfill the requirements and faithfully perform the duties of a Pastor at Cornerstone Church to the best their ability.

• Spirit Filled
• Team Builder
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of worship leading in a local church.
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and use church software.
• Ability to learn and use Planning Center online software.
• Proficiency in voice and piano or guitar.
• Ability to create, coordinate and lead a worship experience with a team.
• Know how to create an manage Ableton software for tracks.
