Sibley Presbyterian Church (sibleypresby.church) is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor & Pastor’s Assistant who will be responsible for the overall management, logistical support, education coordination, and program activities and events for students.

Our location is in Sibley, Iowa, which is a rural community offering a good quality of life and family atmosphere.
The Youth Pastor & Pastor’s Assistant works in conjunction with the Pastor/Head of Staff of Sibley First Presbyterian Church and shall be responsible for the overall management, logistical support, education coordination, and program activities and events for students. This individual has a desire to grow Christ’s Kingdom by nurturing, educating, and expanding the student ministry. Our ideal candidate will also be confident with public speaking and presentation, have an outgoing personality and be willing to represent the face of Fellowship of the Carpenter, our High School student ministry.
We are seeking an individual with a strong Biblical foundation who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The youth pastor must be able to teach biblical values and truths of the Bible, align curriculum for all students, and in doing so, actively encourage spiritual growth with the goal of developing life-long faith in Christ. College degree preferred in youth ministries or Biblical studies with a willingness to embrace Reformed theology.
