🏫 Job Position

The Raleigh Chinese Christian Church of North Carolina (RCCC) is seeking a full-time Cantonese-speaking pastor/minister to lead the Cantonese congregation, to fulfill the mission of the church through spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, pastoral and community care.

🙌 Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Ministry: Lead adults in the Cantonese congregation to commit themselves to worship and serve God – practice loving God and others and fulfill the gospel mission.
  • Teaching & Spiritual Growth: Provide sound biblical instruction, discipleship, and pastoral care for individuals and families.
  • Evangelism & Community Outreach: Plan and participate in outreach activities to reach out to the local Cantonese-speaking community; to nurture the spiritual growth of believers while spreading the gospel.
  • Team Collaboration:  Align with other pastors, elders, and deacon leadership to broadly support the operation of church-wide ministries among congregations at RCCC.

How to Apply

📌 Qualifications & Expectations Spiritual Maturity: Demonstrated life of prayer, sound doctrine, and godly Christian character. Education: M. Div. or TH. M. from a conservative evangelical theological seminary. Experience: Prior experience in pastoral ministry. Language & cultural compatibility: Speak Cantonese and English, culturally Chinese, with good interpersonal skills.
