Overview:
Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church is an active and robust church looking for a pastor to help continue our growth, both in our relationship with Christ but also our outreach within the community. Our church has a vibrant family atmosphere. As a Cumberland Presbyterian Church we keep traditional values that are rooted in scripture.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that may include housing, retirement, health insurance, among other things in addition to a base salary of $40,000 – $70,000. The total effective salary may fall in the range of $65,000 to $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
●Sunday services and events
●Visits to members
●Plan and implement various events throughout the year
●Involved in the Church’s strategic growth plan
●Involvement with our youth program
●Involvement within the community through Church outreach programs

Qualifications:
●Ordained or willing to be ordained as Cumberland Presbyterian
●A willingness to live within a close vicinity of the Church
