Student Ministry Resident

The role of the New City Students’ Resident is a training ground for student ministry understanding, development, and leadership within the New City mission, vision, and ministry model.

The goal of this position is to identify, train, and launch student ministry leaders within a local church context. This role will focus on learning student ministry systems, understanding adolescents developmentally, coordinating and leading student ministry programs, and events, and discipling students, volunteers, and parents relationally.

This program is designed for ministry candidates between the ages of 20-25.
