Director of Worship and Music

Lead and oversee the church’s worship ministry in partnership with the Lead Pastor, demonstrating a pastoral heart that cares for and equips all who serve in worship. The ideal candidate will pair professional musical training with the ability to lead effectively in a multi-ethnic context and to build strong, unified teams. We are seeking someone who can guide a diverse congregation in worship, incorporate various musical styles, cultivate healthy relationships with the music teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate well with staff, volunteers, and the congregation.
