New Hope Counseling in Indianapolis is prayerfully seeking a Director of Counseling as they enter a new season of growth. Their mission is to provide professional, confidential counseling to the city of Indianapolis with their team of seven counselors, doing so from a deep theological place that also respects their clients’ perspectives. The Candidate Search Committee has prepared a Director of Counseling Candidate Packet to help prospective candidates better understand our service, our story, and the person we are prayerfully seeking for this next season of growth.
The packet includes an overview of New Hope Counseling’s history, leadership structure, support snapshot, job description, and candidate profile. It is intended to be read as both an introduction to who we are and a guide to the specific needs, opportunities, and competencies we believe are important for our Director of Counseling.
