Gashland Evangelical Presbyterian Church (GEPC) is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries who will minister to 6th-12th grade students in order that they may know the gospel, be transformed by the gospel, and inspired to share the gospel with others.

Qualifications:

• Loves Jesus deeply and has committed their life to following Him as Lord and Savior.
• College degree preferred.
• Reformed in theology.
• Equipped to disciple students in God’s Word.
• Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills (gifted in talking with students, parents, volunteers, and congregation members).
• Passionate about Youth Ministry.
• Strong leadership skills, able to recruit volunteers, and lead teams.
• Strong biblical teaching skills.
• Team player, loyal, initiator, teachable, humble.
• Competent in conflict management.
• Must pass a background check.
• Proficiency in technology.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Training or experience in student ministries desired.
• Compassion and awareness of common student challenges.
