Church In the Pines is a small but growing nondenominational church reaching people all along the South Coast and South Shore of Boston area. The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries will lead a team of volunteers to create ministries involving youth and young adults.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

• Committed to growing as disciple of Jesus Christ,
• Passionate about relational ministry,
• Experienced in discipling others,
• Hard working,
• Creative.

Specific Activities Will Include:

• Working with a small team of volunteers
• Engaging youth and young adults with life-on-life discipleship,
• Engaging in friendship evangelism and relational ministry,
• Coordinating weekly youth group meetings,
• Initiating Bible study and discipleship,
• Planning activities for young adults.

Depending on the person’s interests and gifts, Church In the Pines has opportunities to become involved in other ministries, including Worship, Missions, and Audio Visual teams.
