Summary and Scope of Responsibilities:

Assist the senior pastor in leading the congregation to fulfill God’s Great Commission for the church. Report to the senior pastor and the Governing Board: English ministry, prayer ministry, preaching and teaching, visitation and pastoral care, fellowship ministry, local gospel work, and administrative work.

Application qualifications and personal characteristics:

• Have a clear calling from God, have the heart of a pastor, and must have an attitude of dedication to serve in a teamwork environment.
• Graduated from an accredited evangelical theological seminary, with a Master of Divinity degree recognized by the Association of Theological Schools.
• Some full-time pastoral experience after seminary is better.
• In addition to English, it would be better if you can communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Agree with and fully abide by the Statement of Faith, Constitution and By-Laws of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
• Recognize and promote the vision and direction of Christ Proclamation Church, C&MA.
