FCCH has recently adopted a model of shared pastoral leadership. We are prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor of Preaching and Teaching who will join with our current Lead Pastor of Care and Outreach and the Board of Elders to form the central leadership of the church. Within this framework, her or his primary responsibilities will be preaching the Word, organizing corporate worship, overseeing adult education, and managing staff and volunteer leaders.

Required Qualifications

• Biblical qualifications of an Elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9).
• A Master of Divinity with a command of Biblical languages or comparable degree.
• At least 5 years experience in a pastoral role.
• Ability to proclaim the Word of God to edify listeners at varying levels of spiritual maturity.
• Upholding the FCCH Statement of Faith and our commitments to the CCCC (see the church profile).
• Ability to embrace our shared leadership model.
