Pepperell Christian Fellowship’s mission is to be a Jesus-centered community in Pepperell, Massachusetts, speaking Gospel words and doing Gospel works to display the worth of God to the world. We accomplish this mission with a vision for planting churches in the small towns of New England.
The purpose of the Associate Pastor is to glorify God by building community internally and mobilizing the church to be on mission in reaching the broader community. The Associate Pastor also offers an example of personal integrity and Christ-like character to the people of Pepperell Christian Fellowship (PCF) and the surrounding community, and guides the people of PCF toward greater Christian maturity through biblical teaching and preaching and through the performance of pastoral duties.
The Associate Pastor position at Pepperell Christian Fellowship is a full-time, vocational elder position that shepherds God’s people at PCF through teaching, preaching, and leading. The specific responsibilities of the Associate Pastor will be determined based on the intersection of the church’s needs and the pastor’s giftings.
