Pastoral Duties and Responsibilities:

• Faithfully study, preach, and teach the Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15; 4:2) through (but not limited to) worship, bible studies, and discipleship.
• Administer sacraments.
• Shepherding and Pastoral Care including but are not limited to counseling, mentoring, nurturing, and visitations (Acts 20:28; 2 Corinthians 1:4; 1 Peter 5:2-4; Titus 1:9).
• Equip the body (Ephesians 4:11-12) by mentoring and training leadership, overseeing existing ministries, and fostering growth.
• A visionary leader who can execute organizational and administrative skills in overseeing various ministries and ministry planning.
• Accountable to the Senior Pastor and the Board of Elders and Deacons.
• Faithfully serve and glorify God as the EM Pastor alongside a like-minded leadership of pastors, and elders in the reformed faith and promote one church model.
• Promote godly, Christ-exalting relationships and families within the body of Christ.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary with previous pastoral experience.
• Exemplify qualities of biblical eldership as stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
• Exhibit sincere agape love for the congregation (1 Thessalonians 2:7-8; 5:14), evidenced through
  both preaching and personal growth in godly character and integrity (Galatians 5:22-23).
• Strive to live an exemplary life of sanctification and faithfulness to the ministry (1 Cor 11:1).
• Understand and adapt to cultural ministries.
• Having a heart for the lost, locally, and globally (Matthew 28:19-20).

Associate Pastor Total Compensation: $88,600-$91,000 (Salary + Housing: $67,000-$69,470)
Assistant Pastor Total Compensation: $73,700-76,700 (Salary + Housing: $60,000-$63,000)

FLSA Status: Exempt
