The Ministry Associate for Emerging Generations is an exciting new position on our staff team. Through a blend of relational ministry and operational skill, this 10-15 hour per week role will focus on cultivating a culture of discipleship through coordinating our college ministry team and supporting our various “next gen” ministries.

North Shore Community Baptist Church is a thriving church seeking a gospel movement on Boston’s North Shore. This position is being created in response to growth in our next gen ministries (especially in the area of children and families) and would work closely with the Minister of Children and Families as part of a wonderful staff team. This position provides opportunities to grow at all levels of ministry–from administrative tasks to leading teams to pastoral ministry.
