Princeton Christian Church (PCC) is seeking an English Pastor to shepherd our English-speaking congregation, including young professionals, college students, and the local community. This role provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care while collaborating with other pastors on teaching, evangelism, and cross-language ministries. The pastor will preach regularly, provide pastoral care, mentor leaders, and lead outreach efforts.

Qualifications

•   Fulfill the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ, displaying a Christ-like character and adherence to Biblical principles.
• Must hold the conviction that the Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God.
• Must accept the PCC’s statement of faith as well as the Apostles’ Creed, Nicene Creed, and Athanasius Creed.
• A seminary degree (MDiv or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience.
• Preferably in a Chinese cultural or multi-generational church setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for pastoral care and discipleship.
• Ability to work on individual tasks as part of a collective team.
