About the Role:

We are a small, vibrant church, looking for a pastoral leader who will joyfully share the Gospel and faithfully communicate God’s word. You’ll lead our worship services, ensure our church meetings run smoothly, and guide our community with wisdom and compassion. When questions arise about Scripture, your insight will help bring clarity. You’re free to use your unique gifts and methods to nurture the ministry God has entrusted to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Preach and Teach: Prepare and deliver sermons for every regular service and special events. In your absence, you’ll work with others to invite speakers who reflect our shared beliefs.
• Lead Worship and Ordinances: Administer church rites and ensure that every service is a meaningful celebration of our faith.
• Pastoral Care: Offer caring support and guidance to our members during their times of need.

Guide the Church: Oversee our teaching ministries and help resolve any differences in how Scripture is understood, always with an open heart and clear vision.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A person well-grounded in the Bible, comfortable with public speaking, and, ideally, with formal education in religion.
• Someone who believes that sharing the Gospel and caring for a community go hand in hand.
