Grace Commons Church in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced individual passionate about Jesus to serve as our Director of Student Ministry overseeing High School (9th–12th ministry). Working alongside our Senior Pastor, volunteers, staff, parents, and interns, this leader will nurture a deep love for Jesus Christ by fostering intentional relationships, creative discipleship, and genuine community among students and families. We are looking for a prayerfully patient, fun, and relationship-oriented servant with the maturity and flexibility to collaborate, mobilize, and equip both volunteers and youth. A good sense of humor, humility, and a heart for teens are essential as we strive to reach students who need Jesus by providing Spirit-led care and incarnational ministry.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

• An incarnational love of Jesus with a deep Biblical-based faith.
• Personal characteristics of integrity, vision, discernment, compassion, and humor.
• Agrees with essential tenets of ECO and Grace Commons.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in a youth ministry setting.
